Consent for the Processing of Personal Data

ANDREA CAROLINA PAREDES HERNANDEZ is the Controller of the processing of the User’s personal data and informs them that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), for which purpose the following processing information is provided:

Purposes and legal basis for processing: maintaining a commercial relationship (based on the legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and sending communications about products or services (with the consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Data retention criteria: data will be retained for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or where there are legal requirements dictating their retention, and when they are no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure the anonymisation or complete destruction of the data.

Disclosure of data: data will not be disclosed to third parties, except by legal obligation.

Rights available to the User:

• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and to restriction of or objection to its processing.
• Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
